Winner of the “Excellence in Housewares” award, the Cuisipro Mandoline features Surface Glide Technology™ and offers the versatility of a full-sized mandoline in a compact design. It comes with six adjustable thickness settings and three interchangeable blades for slicing, crinkle and waffle cuts, dicing, and julienning.
The set includes blades for slicing, waffle cutting, fry cutting, julienne, and grating. Food slides smoothly on the grooved platform for easy use. The adjustable thickness setting allows for customization, while the mandoline body and hand guard are dishwasher safe (blades are best hand-washed). Soft-coated handles provide a comfortable, non-slip grip, and the non-slip feet and bowl notch ensure stability during use. A hand guard is also included for added safety.
